You might be wondering who I am referring to. I am talking about my brother, who is a doctor. It has been three years since his divorce. In 2024, he finally started meeting his son, with court-allocated visitation rights every 15 days. However, for the past three years, the court has handled our case in a way that feels more like a profit-driven cycle rather than a pursuit of justice. In Pakistan, the judge changes every two months. Each time, we must explain everything from scratch to the new judge, causing further delays. We are exhausted from paying the lawyer repeatedly, yet no concrete decision has been reached by the court....
